Tracks

Participants will be asked to choose which track they will attend, and as such will engage in two panel discussions with audience Q&A.

Track 1. Fostering Women as Tech Founders and Entrepreneurs (Entrepreneur Track) | Location: James West Alumni Center
The panels and discussions in this track will focus on success factors and funding for startups and entrepreneurs to foster more females as tech founders, able to scale their businesses. 

Track 2. Attracting, Retaining, and Empowering Women in Corporations and Institutions (Corporate Track) | Location: UCLA Pauley Pavilion Club
The panels and discussions in this track will explore effective ways to create sustainable environments in which women succeed in their work cultures, focusing on success strategies, policies, and workforce culture issues.
