Since 2005, Nancy Ridge has built national technology consultant and distributor Telecom Brokers into one of the most profitable, high-profile and successful master agencies in the Channel. Nancy has focused on business plan modeling, breakthrough sales strategies, ongoing education and competitive commissions in a personalized, innovation-driven, committed partner eco-system. Previously Nancy was vice president of sales for ATI, where she was responsible for creating and managed the indirect sales channel that resulted in over 2,000% growth and the #5 slot on the “Inc. 500 Fastest Growing Companies”. In the mid to late nineties Ridge was vice president for a consulting firm and where she pioneered the TEM concept and built a highly successful organization from the ground up. She was also a principal in a demand-side energy service company for 10 years. Nancy is the founder and past president of the Alliance for Channel Women, a non-profit where women in leadership collaborate to grow their businesses, support each other as women and mentor each other and young women into tech.
