Only 20% of jobs in STEM are held by women, although women makeup over 50% of the workforce. Our goal with this conference is to educate and empower participants with actionable items and information that they can effectively incorporate into corporate, public, and entrepreneurial environments, resulting in measurable advancements for women in tech.
